Spin Spin Spin

We are crazy about Spin at Invictus. Our Concept Studio has no less than 16 bikes for a fast and furious workout. With 8, yes 8 spin classes per week whether you are new to Spin or a Spin addict there is a class to suit all levels & abilities. 

Wellbeing & Yoga

Our Yoga classes are proving to be incredibly popular.....so make sure you book early. Total mind and body workout which combines strengthening and stretching, burns calories, tones muscle, deep breathing & relaxation. We offer a variety of classes to suit a range of abilities all in our calm Zen Studio with our experienced instructors. 

Weight Training

Let us take the strain when it comes to effective weight training.  We run a range of classes to help build confidence and train in a safe and comfortable environment.  Classes incorporate the machines and the free weights. No two weeks are the same, but we will make you do leg day now and again!

Outdoors is Free

Fitness has to be fun. We truly believe our facilities cater for all abilities and styles of training. With added features like our sprint track and outdoor Performance Zone you will always be able to mix up your regime.
