As a young PT, I’m extremely enthusiastic about bettering the lives of my clients both physically and mentally through exercise and a change of lifestyle. As somebody who’s been involved in training all ages, I relate to everybody individually and adapt to their specific needs and wants to help them achieve their own goals.
I have been heavily involved in sport from a young age competing in both boxing and kickboxing internationally and earning several titles. Training for me highlights the mental benefits of exercise which is something I will pass onto all of my clients to better them in more ways than just their aesthetic goals.
