I am a mum of twins and know how important time management of juggling the day to day jobs can be and finding time to fit in exercise and “me time”
I have always been into sports running for the county at a young age then doing athletics/swimming and Netball so becoming a Personal trainer always became a goal of mine helping with confidence and wellbeing, promoting a positive mindset towards exercise and nutrition enabling everyone to achieve their own individual goals.
People first fitness by Abbey was born from a simple concept. Fitness where you are the focus. My priority is you. We work towards your goals, celebrate your achievements and work through your challenges together. From our first session your journey becomes our journey.
