Aerial Yoga combines the excitement of circus skills with the grace and poise of Yoga and Pilates. It's excellent for core strength, flexibility and balance.
Brought to you by Sharon Peck, Level 3 Aerial Yoga Instructor and all round guru of circus related aerial sling, hoop & flying magic hanging stuff! Sharon has a background in martial arts, gymnastics and has trained under international top level instructors.
This hybrid workout helps you to move more freely, with less effort by counteracting gravity. Suspension in the air releases tension in the bones and muscles increasing flexibility and deepening your practice. A great way to build tone and lean muscle.
